Electronic Sheeter
With the sheeter concept designed by Ehret Control you can run a wide range of variable format- and cutout sizes as today often requested in the production or if necessary only a permanent cutout from 12" A4.
All the format and cutout changes can be adjusted without changing the knifes. The set up of the sheeter is reduced to a matter of seconds and can be done without the assistance of any technician. The format size is just typed in at the panel. The cutout length 5 to 50mm can be manually adjusted even during production. All this features are combined with a very big format range from 4" up to 25" in steps of a 1/10 of an mm.
The basic sheeter module can be combined with several available modules of our product pallet. Variable sheeters with additional modules can create a complete production concept.
The sheeter is normally built in three standard versions:
- sheeter with integrated unwind unit and in feed web guide to produce single sheets for direct shingle sheet treatment
- Sheeter with shingle stream and batcher stacker to be placed directly behind a press for sheet production.
- Sheeter with 50" unwind unit, shingle stream and batcher stacker as a complete offline sheet production
