Consisting of three state-of-the-art production facilities, one in Oppenweiler, Germany, one in Bielefeld, Germany, and one in Perafita, Portugal, MBO is a global leader in sheet folding and thread sealing machine manufacturing.

The entire production range includes combi folding machines and buckle folding machines with 46 to 162 cm working widths, as well as the Thread-sealing machine ZSF66 with 66 cm working width, and solutions for Digital finishing to process printed sheets in printing companies, book binderies and print finishers. 

Additional features for the slitter shafts and other accessories make the folding machine more flexible in its use. MBO features such as spiral fold rollers, slitter shafts with plug bearings, belt drive system and, last but not least, processor control, contribute to essentially increased productivity.

An extensive number of delivery systems and peripheral units complement the varied MBO product range. Mobile and partly swivelling knife folding units for 32-pages and other related folding jobs are available, as well as cross carriers or extended register tables, e.g. for ink-jet production. Aside from various stream deliveries being partially integrated with the pressing unit, further delivery systems are offered for different job applications.
