As part of its commitment to the Packaging industry, Friedheim International exclusively supplies Audion Elektro equipment, which offers a variety of fully automatic and semi-automatic machines for film wrapping and shrink-wrapping requirements in one simple operation. The equipment ranges from small desktop I-sealers, through to medium-sized seal / shrink-wrap combinations that feature a shrink hood, and finally on to L-sealers, which incorporate a shrink tunnel for even greater film wrapping and shrink-wrapping versatility. The Audion range consists of the following:
SERGEANT I-sealers - these compact single arm sealers are suitable for sealing small production quantities (maximum 10 per minute) in shrink film. They work well with all shrink films and consistently deliver superior strength seals. These I-sealers offer a very flexible low-budget solution for small production quantities and require less space than other shrink-wrap solutions. This makes the machine ideal for use in shops, offices, studios and other environments where you are limited by space.
DEMPACK seal / shrink combinations - these seal/shrink combinations are ideal for moderate production quantities (maximum 200-500 packs per hour). The machines operate with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. An electronic hold-down magnet keeps the hood closed during the film sealing and heat shrink-wrapping operations. Almost any product can be shrink-wrapped in this clever machine.
Semi-automatic L-sealers - DEM L-sealers can be used to pack your products in a safe, presentable way. Easy adjustment and setting of these sealers guarantees flexibility and high production quantities. These sealers can also be used in combination with Audion’s individual shrink tunnels.
ICARE MVR / MVRE / APM / APT - the Dem ICARE L-sealer / shrink tunnel combinations are high quality machines for large production quantities. There are several models available to suit all packing needs. The standard machines are Epoxy-coated and have an impulse sealing system with Teflon®-coated seal wires for use with all common shrink films. The transport belt that runs the sealed product through the tunnel has a variable speed and is adjustable for different packing heights.
BE-MATIC bundle packer TE-MATIC shrink tunnel - this machine is capable of bundling bottles, boxes, jars, cans, cases, etc, into a wide range of pack collations. The semi-automatic version (BE-MATIC 28) has a table where the operation can collate the products. By pressing two buttons, the operator starts the seal cycle; a pneumatic device pushes the products inside the machine where they are sleeve-wrapped in PE film. The TE-MATIC 26 shrink tunnel can be connected to this machine to shrink the PE film tight around the products. This tunnel can be equipped with a cooling fan to cool down the PE film as soon as it comes out of the tunnel.
EL-MATIC L-sealer TE-MATIC shrink tunnel - the most advanced machine in the Audion fully automatic shrink-wrapping range is the EL-MATIC L-sealer. This machine can be used in combination with the TE-MATIC tunnel to reach a high production output. The EL-MATIC can also be supplied in a stainless steel version.
