High performance cutters
Tecnau cutters are amongst the fastest in the industry and are able to process either single, dual or triple webs covering all possible applications. They are designed to work either as "stand alone" units or be integrated in-line with laser printers, or alternatively can be utilised in more complex production processes such as bookmaking systems, high performance inserting lines and “Finishing on Demand” applications, etc.

Dynamic perforators & Pinless dynamic perforators
Specifically designed to be connected to laser printers and integrated into “Finishing on Demand” applications, Tecnau dynamic perforators and pinless dynamic perforators are able to make cross and length dynamic perforations, based on information detected by either Barcode Readers, Data Matrix Readers or the OMR.

Bookmaking system
Tecnau bookmaking systems feature numerous automatic functions enabling them to cut, match, collate, stitch and hot melt spine glue personalised booklets, cheque books, restaurant coupon books, and documents of different sizes, as well as any item that requires additional guaranteed security.

Cartridges
Tecnau cartridges incorporate cross blades and side circular knives in an unique design that enables them to be removed and interchangeable at operator level. This design concept also reduces the time required for maintenance or sharpening, as well as making the task of selecting the correct cartridge according to the application much easier. As a result, substantial improvement in the productivity of the cutter is possible.

Other products
There are several other Tecnau products that can be used in-line with the cutters, perforators and bookmaking systems, or as stand-alone units.
