Basic shrink-wrap equipment
Audion basic shrink-wrap equipment offers you the best solution when you want to give added value to your product.  Protect your product against scratches, bundle your products or give it some extra gloss with a strong, tight, glossy over-wrap. The I-shaped and L-shaped sealers can be used to seal and cut off the film.  Shrink your package tight around the product by the use of a heat gun, in a heated chamber, or in a heat tunnel.
 

Professional shrink-wrap equipment
The Audion professional shrink-wrap equipment can be used for medium to large production output.  These machines offer a variety of different configurations due to lots of different machine types and options.  These high-quality machines can be easily adjusted according to different product sizes and shapes.

Our professional L-sealers can be used to seal and cut off the film around your product.  This can be done by manual closing of the machine, or on the more advanced models, pneumatically.  After this, the packed product can be automatically transported to one of our professional shrink tunnels.  These tunnels have energy-saving insulation and have an automatic cool-down function to guarantee a long lifetime of its critical components.

Semi-automatic shrink-wrap equipment
The semi-automatic L-sealer or bundle packer combinations with shrink tunnel can be used when high production output is a must.  These machines can be used - due to advanced control systems - to pack a variety of different products.  They offer an efficient solution when many manual activities are involved.

The products are automatically fed into the machine on the infeed conveyor.  The bundle packer subsequently wraps the film around the product (both sides are left open), and the automatic L-sealer seals a completely closed package around the product.  Thereafter, the packed product can be transported automatically into the tunnel in order to shrink the film tight around the product by the use of hot air.
